Aalim Moor

A Bay Area native, Aalim Moor has been a pillar of the Golden State Sports Academy team since 2009. Graduating from St. Mary’s High School in Berkeley as a two-time all league player, all-metro selection and an all-state player, Aalim went on to play for four years at San Jose State University. He earned his B.A. in Communication Studies and his M.A. in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from San Jose State. Since his first year of college, Aalim worked with the Warriors as a camp counselor and has coached thousands of young basketball players. Not only does Aalim coach on the court, but he also helps promote clinics and camps, manage registration, oversee the Jr Golden State Basketball League and strategize schedules and programming throughout the year.
