1. Download the Shoot 360 App

Open the Shoot 360 app on your mobile device.

2. Select Location

On the “Please choose a location” dropdown menu, select “Golden State Sports Academy - Oakland.”

3. Sign-In

Log-in with your current LeagueApps credentials connected to your membership or private training.

4. Create Mindbody Credentials

Create new Mindbody credentials (username and password) and hit “SAVE.”

Note: This is a brand new log in and is completely separate from LeagueApps.

5. LOGIN TO MINDBODY

Type in your new Mindbody credentials and click “Remember Me.”

Press “LOGIN” and if successful, you should be prompted to the home page of you/your athlete.
